After much prayer and seeking God's direction, Morning Star Full Gospel Church was established by Rev. Herbert W. and Mamie Scott, and Rev. Marvin and Pam Cain. The ministry held it's first service on July 1, 1990. This service was held in the home of Rev. and Mrs. Scott. There were seven members at the time. As souls were saved and others were led to unite with Morning Star, God blessed us to move into the Milton Shopping Center on February 2, 1992. Here, the Lord impressed on our hearts and continues to teach us that, "The Church is not a building, but a community of God's people, reaching out in LOVE!" On December 16, 2001, by His faithfulness, we held our first service in our new edifice. The dedication of the building was on April 21, 2002. Today Morning Star Full Gospel Church is thriving and growing in an abundance of God's grace and love. With God leading the way, we vow to do our best in following Him, and expressing the love that was displayed on the cross for all of mankind.
